Word on Wednesday Gospel Study – Wednesdays, 7:30PM by Zoom
The Wednesday group meets online at 7:30 PM via Zoom for prayer and an informal discussion on the gospel reading. To register or for more information, please contact Jacky Bramma.

All Saints is journeying on a two-year mission action plan (MAP) to strive and to lean more intentionally into parish strengths and growth areas.

• Serving Others
• Growing In Faith

These areas were identified by a parish-wide planning meeting in the spring of 2024. It was a wildly constructive meeting  for generating ideas and discerning the will and direction of the church. See the infographic below that shows the four primary growth areas, broken out into 2-3 general focus objectives. The general focuses were further broken down into specific target action items (not shown here). As the fall programming year begins, we can look forward to updates on the progress that has been made so far and what area objectives will be priorities for year one of the MAP implementation.

We are in the process of updating our  Parish List and we realize that over the past couple of years many people have moved house, given up their land line or changed their email address, and the contact information we have for you may not be up to date.  Having the correct phone numbers and addresses for our parishioners is always important but is especially necessary for our Joyful Giving Campaign. The Gospel stories may skip over much of the time between his birth and adult life, but even Jesus was a teenager once. He knew what it was like to have outgrown childish things but not yet be fully grown. It’s a period where you need guidance and support to become who you’re truly meant to be. That’s what we try to provide in our Youth Group, which has been meeting on a monthly basis for about two years since it began on Zoom during the pandemic.

We spend a lot of our time talking, and eating, just like Jesus and his disciples did. We also deepen our faith by reading Gospels and bringing some of its themes to life through games and activities that get everyone moving. We aren’t afraid to act silly occasionally. We laugh — a lot.

And of course we pray, and try to remind our teens that even in a world when they might occasionally feel alone, God is there listening and working through them.

There are about a dozen of us and we’re always open to new members aged 12 or older, and we’re excited to continue integrating our teens with other ministries and the parish community as a whole.
