Prayer for Peace Service
Durham Multifaith Community’s 11th Annual Prayer for Peace Service.
This year, the service is being held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at 209 Cochrane St., Whitby.
Voluntary monetary or food donations will be gratefully accepted.
Mid-Morning Contemporary Service
A shorter, contemporary communion service, featuring fewer and newer hymns and prayers, a shorter sermon, and option for communion in the round. Sunday School available for ages 4-11 (Sept-June)
Today’s liturgy will observe National Indigenous Peoples Day.
National Indigenous Day of Prayer Service
A traditional Anglican Eucharistic service with choral music, following the liturgy found in the Book of Alternative Services. Today’s liturgy will observe National Indigenous Peoples Day.
