Truth and Reconciliation Lunch & Learn with Road Trip

Learn more about the land we are located on.  Meet in the Boardroom to watch together the presentation A Carrying Place: Oshawa’s Indigenous Story about the Wendat legacy in Durham. Then we’ll travel together to the Oshawa Museum, for a guided tour at 1pm of their immersive exhibit that connects past and current Indigenous presence in Durham.  Admission to the museum is by donation ($5/person is suggested)

Fourth Friday Online

Meet by Zoom on the fourth Friday of each month for a light theology discussion group. Style will be conversational and casual. Each session will be built around a particular theme or seasonal question and will include Scripture readings, a short reflection, discussion, and some multi-media elements.

We’ll think about the places where faith intersects with our daily lives. We’ll ask some honest questions, and we’ll learn from one another.

Click here to join the Fourth Friday Zoom.

Email christianed@allsaintswhitby.org or contact leader Arleane R. to ask questions or express interest.
