A Short, Special Appeal for Our Preservation Fund —
THANK YOU to everyone who made recent donations to the Preservation Fund in support of the stairwell repair project. Over the last three Sundays, 35 households took part in the “little brickwork” appeal and raised an additional $1,625 for the stair repairs, plus so many more have donated directly via envelopes and other means since this financial need was announced in June. Every little bit has helped fill the Preservation Fund gap.
On Sunday November 1, as part of our 160th Anniversary service, we’ll be making another quick appeal for the Building Preservation Fund, with some anniversary-themed giving donation options, based on the number 160. (Think $1.60, $16, $60, $100, $160, etc.) Bring your credit/debit card, cash or cheque book on Nov 1 to be a special anniversary giver.

After that, the campaign will be complete! Short and sweet. Our hope is that, together, we can get the stair restoration paid for, while also renewing awareness of the importance of the Preservation Fund for the care of the worship space entrusted to us.
