We are delighted to report that today’s drive-by drop-off for the Deacon’s Cupboard (food bank) was a huge success. Over 30 cars came by with donations of food or money. As well as a large amount of food, we received $535 in donations. We are grateful to everyone who participated. Thank you for observing the mandated emergency measures and doing this safely and in compliance with social distancing criteria. Thank you for supporting this vital ministry of the church that continues even though our building is closed to worship. Thank you for recognizing that there are those for whom feeding their family is difficult even in the best of times.
If you missed the drop-off today, you can still donate online to All Saints to help cover its various ministries or operating costs (you can designate your donation in the memo field). And don’t forget our Lenten Prayer Life project wraps up this week. This is another opportunity to support All Saints’ food security ministries.
